FREEDOM MOVERS, LLC

Freedom Movers, LLC provides local residential and commercial moving services throughout the Bay Area. Our mission is to deliver professional, transparent, and safe moving services for every client.


1. Rates & Minimums

  • Standard local rate: $109/hour for 2 movers
  • Additional movers available upon request
  • A 3-hour minimum applies to all local moves
  • Time starts at arrival to pickup and ends at job completion at drop-off

2. Truck & Travel Fee

A fixed truck & travel fee applies to each move. This fee covers:

  • Fuel & mileage
  • Freeway tolls
  • Moving equipment & supplies
  • Return trip travel to our base

This fee is confirmed prior to booking to ensure transparency.


3. Included Services

Freedom Movers provides the following at no additional charge:

  • Professional movers
  • Moving pads & blankets
  • Shrink wrap
  • Floor & entry protection (when needed)
  • Dollies, hand trucks, and standard equipment
  • Disassembly & reassembly of standard furniture

4. Heavy & Specialty Items

Special handling applies to certain items including (but not limited to):

  • Treadmills & gym equipment
  • Safes
  • Appliances
  • Large glass pieces
  • Oversized furniture

Clients must notify Freedom Movers in advance regarding such items to ensure proper equipment and handling.


5. Insurance & Liability

Freedom Movers is a fully insured company. All staff members are covered and insured while performing work on-site.

Basic protection for belongings is included. Additional protection for high-value items may be requested prior to the move.

Freedom Movers will not be liable for:

  • Electronics & internal components
  • Customer-packed boxes
  • Loose items not boxed properly
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Damage resulting from unsafe access, narrow entries, stairs, or building restrictions

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the move.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Zelle

Receipts or invoices can be provided upon request.


7. Cancellation Policy

Moves may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Same-day cancellations are subject to a 1-hour service charge.


8. Safety & Access Requirements

Clients must disclose access details prior to booking, including stairs, elevators, truck parking restrictions, and heavy equipment. This allows the crew to ensure proper safety, efficiency, and equipment preparation.


9. Professional Standards

Freedom Movers maintains:

  • Professional conduct & respectful communication
  • Punctuality
  • Careful handling of property
  • No smoking on job sites
  • No unauthorized breaks

10. Customer Satisfaction

Any concerns or damages must be reported on the same day of service. Freedom Movers will review the issue promptly and work directly with the client toward a fair resolution.


Agreement

By booking with Freedom Movers, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
